Ophelia from Hamlet expressed her thoughts through flowers.  I have included in this crown, Rosemary for rememberance, daisys for inocence, willow as she drowned while harvesting some for saddness, pansies for thought, rue for regret, nettles, crow flower (or Ragged Robin) Robin was Hamlets nickname, Purple orchid or dead mans fingers, and poppies from Elizabeth Siddall who was the model for Milais Ophelia ( the famous image of Ophelia in the stream covered with flowers, Elizabeth died from laudanum overdose.)
