The Great Hall Oundle, Northamptonshire.
Inhabited since the Iron Age, Oundle was originally a trading place and market for local farmers and craftsmen. As the area became prosperous, wealthy traders set up shops and houses, and guilds were formed.
The Great Hall, the venue for Merge this Christmas was constructed in 1908, with the North and South Wings added shortly afterwards. The Great hall is located prominently in the centre of the town and is used for a variety of functions throughout the year including concerts, receptions, lectures, debates and assemblies, and of course craft fairs.
Merge Contemporary Craft Christmas Show will be held in this beautiful venue on Saturday the 10th & Sunday the 11th of December 2011, the same day as the Christmas Farmers Market in Oundle town centre, and if you can't make it on Saturday don't worry you wont miss out we're here on Sunday the 11th as well for you to get that extra special Christmas gift.
